At Kakao Raya, every sip supports a bigger story, one rooted in community, sustainability, and elevating your daily cup of joe.
We partner with farmers and nature stewards to support lives and livelihoods in West Papua, Indonesia. They grow some of the world’s best cacao so that we can source the magic to kickstart the third wave cacao movement hitting your local coffee shop.

Ransiki, West Papua, Indonesia
Anaimalai, Tamil Nadu, India
Kokoa Kamili, Mbingu, Tanzania
High in antioxidants, nutrients, and the naturally gentle stimulant, Theobromine.
Preparation:
Prepare as pour-over in a 1:16 ratio or in a French Press in a 1:18 ratio
Pour over: 50 grams (~1/2 cup) cacao grounds to 800 grams of water (~28 oz).
French press: 50 grams (~1/2 cup) cacao grounds to 900 grams of water (~32 oz).

Caffeinated option imbued with guarana extract available.
